Olivia first met her husband in 2003. That same year she was selected to be a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model. Subsequently she tried her hand in the acting business, pursing television and movie rolls. Richard, her husband, was a producer and as such navigated her through those endeavors. At some point, the pair determined this was not to be her future. Throughout Richards vast years of travel and business, he was in the home improvement and building trade. South America to Africa, building schools churches and hospitals. When it was realized that Olivia needed to refocus her energy, onto something more productive and meaningful, Richard convinced her to join the trades. It was then decided they will take on the residential elevator industry. It was Stiltz dealer Michael Brice, who offered Olivia the opportunity to learn the business and ultimately become a certified elevator installer. She did just that. For years, she installed hundreds of elevators for Michael's company as well as other dealers throughout California, as well as in Hawaii.  Her installation skills have made her the best in the nation. In 2022, and installing for many dealers, she was dote upon her own dealership. These territories include Santa Clarita, Palmdale, Lancaster, and Victorville.  Olivia does business as Vertical Home Lifts LLC, and while she still installs for other dealers her principle focus is her own territory and adorned customers. Her employees are of the highest quality, and of endless training with excellence as her goal. While she uses some subcontractors, the majority of her work throughout construction, instillation, are under her own pool of employees.  "Current Electric"  group of C-10 electricians who help  in powering up the elevators. While there are several men in her pool of employees, she prefers hiring qualified women to follow in the steps of the WW2 concept of Rosie the Riveter.
